Richland County Public Transportation can accommodate medical, dental and eye appointments, shopping, visiting and other personal needs on a first-call, first-serve basis.  Please call at least 2 days in advance to ensure your ride reservation. 

All of our transportation is public transportation and open to all ages.

                                                  

                                              Wahpeton City Bus

· Fare is $1.00 per one way ride in Wahpeton and to Breckenridge.
· Rides are provided Monday through Friday.  First ride is given at 8:15 a.m. and last ride is given at 3:45 p.m.  No rides will be given from 11:45 - 12:15.
