Southeast Senior Services provides a variety of support services to residents of Richland County. 

Funding is provided by the Title III of the Older Americans Act, State Mill Levy Match money, County Mill Levy and local donations.  Services have been provided since October 1976, starting with nutrition and transportation services at Wahpeton. 

Through the years, satellite programs have developed.  At the present time, services are provided in five sites in Richland County. 

It has long been the goal of Southeast Senior Services to enrich the lives of the people of Richland County by providing quality services.
